Please note the following product evaluation sample terms and conditions.Sample evaluation privileges are granted only to qualified customer/prospects at NEWMAR's sole discretion. NEWMAR reserves the right to soledetermination as to whether the potential scope of the project/application merits providing an evaluation sample. A sample purchase order oncompany letterhead may be required.

Samples are provided exclusively for the purpose of evaluating the suitability of a NEWMAR product for thecustomer/prospect's particular intended application, with a reasonable expectation that proven suitability will result in a purchase contract. Sampleswill not be provided for "benchmarking" studies or other non-purchase evaluation purposes, except by special arrangement with the Marketing Manager (see Customer Service page on this site).

Samples will be shipped on a 30 day pay-or-return memo billing basis, invoiced to the recipientat NEWMAR's published Dealer Price, with the invoice to be canceled upon return of the product in undamaged condition within the evaluation period.Arrangements can be made for an evaluation period longer than 30 days, if necessary.

NEWMAR shall pay for outbound freight via surface carrier.Return freight shall be the responsibility of the sample recipient. By filling out and submitting this form you agree that you accept these terms andconditions prior to receiving the sample product.
