for Public Safety Agencies
The "Gold Guarantee Program" offers public agencies next business day replacement should
your Newmar product ever require service, in or out of warranty. This means minimal
equipment down time and fire / police / ambulance equipment is always ready to go.
Working together will keep your equipment in service and ready for calls.
How It Works....
Any public agency (or authorized service facility) that has a malfunctioning Newmar product
in a mission critical vehicle that is out of service will notify Newmar's Technical Support Help
Desk and request a replacement under the Gold Program. Newmar will ship, via next business
day service at no cost to recipient, a replacement unit (new or refurbished at our discretion),
so you are up and running. The agency will return their non-working unit freight paid to
Newmar. Upon receipt, we will quickly evaluate the unit and determine if it's a warranty or
non-warranty.
FOR PRODUCTS IN WARRANTY
Newmar will ship the unit as even exchange for the unit that was previously sent out. End of
story.
FOR NON-WARRANTY SERVICE
Newmar will bill your agency or service facility the standard rate repair plus surface freight
charges, and the agency will keep the replacement unit they have already recieved, which
will include a new one year warranty period.
